Party Plans moving right along!

I consider myself a fairly good party planner. That is if I have adequate time and preparation. Every year around Lily's birthday we have the same dilemma. College Football. More specifically, Iron bowl. Well, no biggie... We just put it off a week. This year it got a little more complicated due to a certain team being undefeated. Roll Tide!!!!!!!! Anyway, enough of that. I am not very happy about having to move Lily's party up 2 weeks because it does not give me much time to plan at all. Thanks to my brilliant and very artistic and talented Goddaughter, I have less to worry about now. She made these precious invitations. And not only that, she has agreed to help me plan the party and decorate. She majored in Theatre and is a University of Alabama graduate. We are so proud of her. Thank you Nisha!!!!

I have a day off work and the kids are in school so Nisha and I are going to shop for the party. on the list are pink boas, pink tule, cupcake stand, pink table clothes, pink flowers, (will get some fresh ones the day of the party) ribbons small vases a jar and some small aprons.

cute invitations. I know Lily's party will be a hit. We too have the same dilemna. Kayla's bday is the 25th of November so not only Iron Bowl, but Thanksgiving. She may have a very abbreviated party this year, as she is still in so much trouble! Happy early birthday to Lily.

Working on the details of Lily's party is good stress relief, I'm sure. I mean, how could you be surrounded by that much pink and not feel better? I am looking forward to seeing all the photos after the party. My 6-year-old's birthday party will be the Saturday after Thanksgiving, so I'm enjoying all the crafting that has allowed.
